Chocolate Cornets

Chocolate cornets or チョコレートコルネ, I can say that this is the first bread I made all by myself and came out with satisfactory result, kyaaa. I felt really stupid when yesterday I realized that I could set my oven to 40°C, a perfect temperature to ferment the bread dough. Previously I thought that the lowest temperature I could set was 170°C. Therefore I was not so interested to make bread because I was so lazy to use another way to ferment the bread dough on this cold season, haha. This bread is still not perfect, but good enough as the first experiment, right? 😛 And the chocolate custard is very yummy. I like it, and the texture is better than the custard I made before for my mille-feuille, hehe. 😀

Masak-Masak di メゾンドリラ 201

So we have sleepover night again at Sre’s apartment. No special occasion though 😛 First we cooked kuah ayam madu (chicken with honey sauce), by using an instant product from Malaysia. But in our opinion, the tomato flavor was much stronger than the honey. Other menu was simple stir fry of vegetables. Then we made bakpao, which finished at midnight 😆 The next day we made green tea hotteok, a sweet Korean pancakes.

Hari ini nge-ABC Cooking lagi, sama Mbak Nunung ambil 1 day lesson. Menunya ini. Akhirnya belajar bikin roti lagi, dan kalo ada senseinya itu bikin roti berasa gampang banget ya. Eh emang ga gitu susah dink. Tapi kalau bikin sendiri lagi di rumah malasnya tingkat tinggi, haghag. Roti ini mestinya bentuknya kayak pohon natal gitu, tapi gagal bikin yang cantik, haha.

Buka Bareng PMIJ 1433 H

Alhamdulillah kali ketiga hadir di buka bareng PMIJ. Tahun depan kayaknya udah ga ikut lagi, fufufu. Makanannya super sekali yang ini. Saya liat foto makanan tahun 2010 dan 2011, paling mantep ini emang, tapi dari peserta yang hadir kayaknya paling sedikit. Salah satunya gara-gara hari ini ada Kongres PPI Jepang jadi sebagian warga Tokyo pergi ke Kobe untuk kongres itu. Anggurnya enak sekaliii, tadi ga berhenti-berhenti makanin anggurnya, haha. Kriuk kriuk gimana gitu, manis, dan ga ada bijinya :p Bakwan jagungnya bikinan Oky dan keasinan, haha. Digodain dah ada yang pingin kawin. 😆

Makan-Makan Open House Tobitakyu

Jadi ini ceritanya makan-makan warga RW Geje dalam rangka syukuran apato baru-nya Mbak Isti, ada yang wisuda, serta ada yang mau balik ke Indonesia. Saya yang lagi pindahan, apato masih berantakan, dan tidak ada makanan tentunya menikmati acara makan-makan ini, ahaha. Makasi buat Mbak Isti dan juga Mbak Rani atas masakan-masakannya 😀
