Anyang

Kalau di tanah Jawa disebutnya urap, di ranah Minang disebutnya anyang. Isinya bisa sayuran apa aja, biasanya sih yang hijau-hijau. Ini isinya bayam, timun, sama toge. Pake daun pepaya juga bisa. Pengen di Jepang bikin beginian, apa daya tak ada kelapa segar.
